UPDATE 4:00 PM: Network back to normal.
UPDATE 3:01 PM: Intermittency of connection is being experienced. Our network admins had determined that the best course of action is to upgrade the router to the latest IOS version. Please standby for further updates.
UPDATE 12:54 PM: Connectivity has been restored but we are waiting for network admin's report if condition is now stable. Please standby.
