Dear Clients,

We have several clients reporting they cannot reach our servers in Dallas and Seattle, USA using Globe ISP. We cannot confirm it yet but this could be related to Globe's recent network problems in Visayas and Mindanao (http://twitter.com/#!/ERWINofGLOBE/status/67490789525159936) and they are likely fixing the issue causing the intermittent connectivity.
