UPDATE (05 July 2300H): So far LAX01 has been stable and no reports of website errors or email delays.
Dear Clients,
We wish to apologize for the instability of our server LAX01. Apparently the hardware is not capable of handling all the accounts hosted in it. As a result, we will be offloading some accounts to our less busy server. Kindly send a request if you are impacted at LAX01 and we will priroritize your transfer.
