UPDATE as of March 25, 2013: 67.215.227.243 has been un-nulled. Please report to support@web.com.ph if you can not access your website.
UPDATE as of March 22, 2013 @ 06:49pm: 67.215.227.243 remains null-routed. We have been advised to have this blackholed for atleast 24 hours, as the attacker is rather persistent causing the attack to start up right away as soon as the null is lifted.
UPDATE as of March 22, 2013 @ 04:32pm: We are moving accounts to a new shared IP while the old targeted IP: 67.215.227.243 has been null-routed.

amount of traffic is coming into the server causing our link to be maxed
out. Our datacenter techs had temporarily null-routed the server IP.
