UPDATE as of 28 Sept 2013, 07:00PM - Issue has been resolved.

Dear Clients,
Our Makati Datacenter is currently experiencing network congestion resulting to slow connection. There might be a possible multiple fiber break from Manila to Hong Kong but rest-assured they are in close coordination with the provider for the resolution.
We shall be posting update/s once we get word from our datacenter.
