UPDATE 5: Hosting accounts' restoration have been completed.
UPDATE 4: We were able to reload FMT01's OS and determined kernel panic has been resolved. Restoration of accounts are still in progress.
UPDATE 3: Accounts restoration is still in progress
UPDATE 2: Server is still in the process of hardening. We shall start with the accounts restoration shortly.
UPDATE 1: Server encountered kernel panic. We are now doing an OS reload after several tries to revive the server. We shall then restore each user account from our latest backup.

Dear Clients,
Please be informed that server was rebooted around 12NN today because it is unresponsive. After the said reboot, server is not getting back and we are now coordinating with our datacenter to help us bring back the server online.
