UPDATE: Hard drive was hot-swapped successfully and the server is back to normal.
Dear Clients,
Unfortunately the backup disk has malfunctioned (failed) and backups are not available at the moment. We have ordered a new hard disk replacement and ETA is Friday March 25, 2016. Once the shipment arrive we will re-enable backups and make another announcement. Thank you for your understanding.
