New CPanel Backup System Prunes Terminated Accounts

Dear Clients,
CPanel's new backup system is now pruning terminated accounts. This means that when your hosting account is terminated or deleted, there will be no restoration. However, we can create a new hosting account should you wish to continue. We have also extended termination of hosting accounts for 28 days after due date, which gives you time to decide if you wish to activate again your subscription.
Note on Reseller Hosting clients:
Please make necessary backup before terminating hosting accounts as there will no longer be a restore point.
