SERVICE ADVISORY: Repairs are now underway for the international undersea cables that were recently damaged affecting access to some gaming & social media sites hosted in Hong Kong. PLDT tapped other routes to these affected sites to ensure adequate bandwith and a normalized broadband experience. Most social media sites, video streaming services, and other websites worldwide are NOT affected. We shall give more updates in our PLDT Home FB page. Thank you.
