UPDATE as of Jan 15, 2019 @ 6AM:

Dear Client,

Last Saturday January 12, 2019 at 3am, the server LAX08 went offline due to hard disk failure which we have no control on. Unfortunately, computers, like machines do eventually fail after several years. The LAX08 server has been running for 4 years straight without interruption.

To minimize the downtime, we had to migrate your account in the server LAX06 and the full restoration took more than 36 hours.  What you see right now is from the last backup dated January 11, 2019 at 0200H.

If there are any missing files, we plan to salvage the hard disk of LAX08 and hopefully provide you an update next week.

Kindly note that we do not guarantee that the hard disk will be recoverable. We deeply regret this incident happened and we are doing our best to recover what is available from the failed drive.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

As of 1:00 PM, we tried to bring it back online.
Unfortunately, per our investigation, the storage device of LAX08 have been deemed faulty.
For now we have decided to move to our standby server LAX06 using the backup drive for restoration.
