UPDATE as of 03:06 PM: Converge ICT connection resolved. Awaiting other affected ISPs' resolution.
Dear Valued Clients,
ePLDT Vitro Makati 1 (RCBC) network is down. Follow-ups have been made thru call and email, and per our datacenter, they are still checking the problem and no ETA provided. Rest assured that we are in close coordination with our datacenter and we hope to solve the network issue as soon as possible.
Affected ISPs: PLDT, SMART, Converge ICT
Non-affected ISPs: Globe, TM, Eastern Telecom
