SSL Certificate price increase starting May 10, 2026

Dear Clients,

We are increasing the SSL certificate fees starting May 10, 2026 due to several factors:

  1. Our SSL certificate providers based in the US, have hiked their prices due to high inflation caused by the Middle East war.
  2. The Peso's devaluation also caused by the Middle East war, has elevated the USD-PESO exchange rate. Unfortunately the SSL fees are priced in USD and therefore a price hike is inevitable.
  3. The cost of providing technical support 24/7 has also increased due to higher electricity, food, transportation, salaries, and other inflationary pressures in the Philippines.
  4. Lastly, the BIR has imposed extra taxes to Web.com.ph for services rendered outside of the Philippines like SSL certificates.

Please visit our website https://clients.web.com.ph/index.php?rp=/store/ssl-certificates for more details and pricing.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Sincerely,

Web.com.ph Inc.
