Update: 9:50pm - server is now up and running. We are still looking out for repquota or filesystem errors.

Update: 9:11pm - server will be booted into rescue environment and remove the journal from /var. Afterward run a filesystem check and re-create the journal which will solve the issue.

Update: 7:45pm - issue still on-going. Server techs are searching for the reason why the issue keeps on recurring and a possible fix to plug the problem. There would be reboots as they try to do some tests.

Update: 6:48pm - server had been rebooted. Monitoring in progress.

Update: 6:13pm - we are still experiencing read-only filesystem. Escalated the matter to our server techs.

Update: 5:23pm - quotas have been rebuilt and kernel is now updated. Server is up and running.

Update: 4:25pm - server techs are still working on the server. Possible one reboot to go.

Update: 3:35pm - filesystem check is still in progress.

Update: 2:21pm - installing new kernel and rebuilding of quotas. Would require a reboot of two.

Dear Clients,

Dallas03 /var went read-only and our datacenter techs are working on fixing the issue. We might also need to upgrade the server's kernel. Kindly standby for updates.

We hope for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

Web.com.ph Inc.
