Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, our physical office is closed and all of us are working from home, hence our Sales & Billing Department is unable to issue official receipts at this time.
However, once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will mark your invoice PAID and we will email you a copy of said MARKED PAID INVOICE and it will serve as your TEMPORARY OFFICIAL RECEIPT.
As soon as the COVID-19 lockdown is lifted by the Philippine Government and it is safe for our Team to resume physical office, we will be able to issue regular official receipts for those still requiring them.
