If a Domain and/or Hosting account has expired and you wish to renew the account/s, we can accommodate you provided that the following will be submitted:
1. SEC Certificate for corporations / DTI Registration for proprietors and partnership
2. Letter of Acknowledgement stating that you have tried to contact the registered client listed in our records without success and Web.com.ph has not solicited for the renewal of the account/s.
3. One valid governent issued ID such as Drivers License or Passport.
All of these documents shall be faxed to (632) 890.5721 or emailed to support@web.com.ph for verification.
