How long will I wait for an expired domain name to be available?

Domains with the following extension will be available after the following days:

.COM - 70-80 days (36 days under Renewal Grace period + 30 days under Redemption Grace period + 5-10 days Pending Delete period)
.NET - 70-80 days (36 days under Renewal Grace period + 30 days under Redemption Grace period + 5-10 days Pending Delete period)

.TV - 75-80 days (40 days under Renewal Grace period + 30 days under Redemption Grace period + 5-10 days Pending Delete period)
.PH - 60 days

NOTE:

1. Once a domain (except .PH domain) gets deleted, an amount of P3,500 imposed by our Registrar will be charged for manual restoration and would take days to process. This is only applicable after the Renewal Grace period had ended. Otherwise, no fee will be charged and your domain will be released and made available for new registration.

2. On the other hand, the success of registering the domain is uncertain, as it can be available anytime of the day and depends who will chance upon it available at that moment.
